Mission #7
Every few months the spotlight moves. Models, then wrappers, then agents. Watch where it lands next: the harness.
The harness is everything that isn't the model. Orchestration, data flow, state, guardrails, uptime. Models supply the intelligence; the harness turns it into work you can depend on. And the industry is arriving at an uncomfortable truth: a frontier model on a flimsy harness loses to a mid-tier model on a solid one. Claude and Cursor can reason all day, but redacting PII from a contract, parsing a thousand invoices, or searching hours of race footage is capability someone has to build, wire together, and keep alive at 3am.
RocketRide is that harness: open source, IDE-native, model-agnostic. Build the pipeline in your extension, deploy it to RocketRide Cloud, and the exact same harness runs it fully managed. An always-on endpoint, exposed over MCP, discoverable and callable by any agent. We keep the harness alive; you decide what runs on it. Don't take our word for it: watch a deploy, start to finish.
Everyone is racing to build a smarter agent. The durable position is quieter: be the harness every agent depends on.
HackwithBay 3.0 reminded us why we love hosting these events. In just 8 hours, developers collaborated, solved problems, and built some incredible AI projects. Big thanks to every hacker, mentor, and judge who showed up, and to our sponsors Daytona, Neo4j, Nebius, Opsera, Butterbase and Cognee for backing this one. Congratulations to our top winners:
🥇VeriGraph: Turns research papers into interactive knowledge graphs that trace exactly what each study claims.
🥈Constructor: Turns any codebase into a visual dependency graph, so teams spot issues and understand structure fast.
🥉Ultra Super Social Passport: Gives users a shareable social passport with AI powering the experience behind the scenes, deployed as a live app.
New Capabilities for RocketRide Agents
Your agents can now see, remember, and get a lot more done. We've expanded RocketRide with new building blocks for agent developers, including computer vision capabilities and integrations with LlamaIndex, Mem0, Daytona, FalkorDB, DeepL, Apify, Landing.ai, ArangoDB, and Gmail, which together let your agents see, remember, run code safely, reach more databases, translate, and work your inbox. On the vision side, we've added a full suite of 7 new nodes, including RF-DETR for detection, Mask2Former for segmentation, Depth Anything V2 for depth estimation, and BlazeFace, among others. There's also a new File Explorer app, scheduled pipeline deployments (deploy v2), and plenty of quieter fixes to make installs and builds smoother across platforms.
